In 2005 I discovered the Collage Exchange. This is an ambitious project hosted by New Zealand artist Dale Copeland. Once a year artists are invited to make 13 miniature collages for the exchange. One piece is put on display in the Tanaraki, NZ real art gallery and is offered for sale on the virtual one. Two others are sent to other galleries, which become part of their permanent collections. The remaining pieces are traded between the participating artists. 

This project is a wonderful opportunity to meet others from around the world working in the collage medium.
